01 — HOW IT WORKS
Keep delivery moving.
Give sales consistent attention.
When the founder handles every sales conversation, prospecting and follow-up compete with client work. Agency Sales Partner takes responsibility for an agreed sales process while your team handles fulfillment.

- Qualification and discovery calls
- Proposals within your approved offer
- Follow-up and opportunity management
- Closing coordination and sales handoffs
Your agency handles
- Offer, scope and pricing approval
- Customer agreements and payment collection

- Support and ongoing client relationships
You retain control of your offer and customer relationships. We work within agreed authority and keep the sales activity visible.
Check the fit
Review your offer, proof, sales process, margins and delivery capacity.
Define the pilot
Agree on the target market, responsibilities, workload and commission attribution.
Run and review
Manage the agreed sales activity and review qualified opportunities, collected revenue and next steps.
Where relevant, we start with existing inquiries and open proposals before adding targeted prospecting.
Meet the person leading your sales conversations02 — WHO IT’S FOR
A strong fit starts
with a proven offer.
We work best with established agencies that can deliver good work and want more consistent sales execution.
A quick conversation to see whether we’re a fit.
- You serve U.S. businesses across any industry.
- You have completed projects and credible customer proof.
- You sell a repeatable website or marketing offer.
- You have capacity to onboard additional clients.
- You can approve pricing and scope promptly.
- You are willing to share relevant pipeline and collection data.
The initial focus is agencies selling website projects around $8,000–$15,000. Fit depends on your offer, margins and sales process—not price alone.
If your offer is still unproven or delivery is already stretched, we’ll say so.
03 — THE PILOT
Start with a defined
60-day pilot.
A clear scope and commercial agreement before a longer partnership.
The pilot tests the partnership against real commercial results. Sales outcomes are not guaranteed.
$2,000 per month
+ 10% of eligible initial project fees collected
- One approved offer and agreed target market
- Prospecting, qualification, discovery and follow-up
- Weekly pipeline reviews
- Clear opportunity and commission attribution
- Agreed workload and sales-to-delivery handoffs
Your agency contracts with customers, collects payment and delivers the service. Success fees apply to agreed eligible initial project payments actually received. Taxes, advertising spend, pass-through costs and ongoing retainers are excluded.
We’ll discuss whether the pilot fits your agency before either side commits.
