What we collect

When you request a fit call, we collect your name, work email, agency website and main sales challenge. We also store the button location and any campaign attribution parameters supplied with your visit. Please do not include sensitive personal information.

How we use it

Agency Sales Partner uses these details to assess fit, discuss your agency and contact you to arrange a conversation with Rod Melendez. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Storage and access

Requests are stored in Lovable Cloud. Form records are not available to unauthenticated website visitors. Access is limited to authorized project operators. We retain requests while needed for the conversation and any resulting business relationship; you may ask us to delete your information.

Scheduling

This website currently accepts fit-call requests. No external scheduling service is connected, and the site does not display available appointments. Rod will contact you to arrange a time.

Website measurement

We use Lovable’s website measurement to understand page activity. Prepared fit-call events include button location but not names, email addresses, agency websites or form answers. A calendar click is not recorded as a confirmed booking. Campaign attribution is temporarily kept in your browser’s session storage so it can accompany a request during the same visit. We have not added advertising trackers. Hosting services may process technical request information to operate the website.

Your choices and contact

You can choose not to submit the form. To ask about access, correction or deletion of submitted information, contact Rod through his LinkedIn profile. A dedicated business privacy email has not yet been provided.
